Come on down for one last dance in the nuclear bunker Atika that’s all vibes and no sighs. We’re talking to you tiny dancers / dancing queens / those with guilty feet who’ve got no rhythm!

About the bands…

TV FACE: Explosive, Satirical Noise-Rock / Art-Punk

Lancaster’s own explosive trio are a certified “juggernaut live”. Releasing music on the Preston cult label Crackedankles Records, their latest album WOLF RENTS BARK landed at No.7 in Louder Than War’s Top 100 Albums of 2025, and was officially acquired by the British Library Sound Archives! Expect a ferocious, witty, and brilliantly loud audiovisual assault that might even preview unreleased 2027 tracks.

[ s l a b ]: Cinematic Post-Rock / Shoegaze / Indie Rock

This mighty Manchester power trio counts BBC 6Music’s Guy Garvey and Andy Cairns (Therapy?) among their biggest fans. Their shape-shifting debut album Taut was named Album of the Week by Louder Than War, charting at No.8 in their 2025 Top 100. Already booked for major festivals in 2027, this is your last chance to catch them up close before they explode onto the massive stages.

Succulents: Krautrock-infused Fuzzy Guitar Indie-Pop

A brand new Manchester girl-and-boy-next-door indie pop duo delivering charming cassette powered candy-floss sweet harmonies over plugged-in college rock riffs. Fresh off a UK tour supporting 90s indie veterans CUD and heavily touted by Clash! Magazine, they feature Lancaster music scene alumnus Laurie Hulme (Songs for Walter, Beat The Radar). They provide the perfect start to a night of wall-to-wall bops.

Note on Ticket Tiers: IDIOT BOX believes music should be accessible to everyone. Grab an unwaged ticket if money is tight. If you can afford a solidarity ticket, you are directly helping ensure the bands and technical crew are paid fairly.
